Conditions of order, payment and delivery
*For your information:
- Free delivery is available within 5 km radius from our store. More than 5km radius please contact us.
- Delivery order will be taken after 24 hours. There will be no delivery after 5pm.
- Direct shopping at:
Shop : C4 - 1, Chung Cư 109 Nguyễn Biểu, Phường 1, Quận 5, Tp.HCM, Việt Nam
- We open from Monday to Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm.
Lunch break: 12:00am - 1:00pm.
*Notification about Delivery
**For Online Shopping:
- Register or sign in to your account;
- Choose your products and 'ADD TO CART';
- Click 'CHECK OUT' when you finish the shopping;
- Choose or add your billing address;
- Choose or add your delivery address;
- Choose your delivery method; - Choose your preferred payment method;
- Check box the Terms and Conditions then click CONTINUE;
- Click CONFIRM THE ORDER;
- YOU ARE DONE!
- Our staff will contact you for more details, if necessary.
Available payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer
Minimum order:
500.000 VND for Domestic delivery
$50.00 for International delivery
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Minimum Order - 500.000 VND
3. PayPal Express Checkout
$50.00 for international delivery
(PayPal default currency = US Dollar)
- Customers can pick up the ordered items on the appointment. Otherwise, your order will be delivered to your delivery address within 3-5 working days.
-Notification about delivery will be applied.
- Please pay us in advance when you place order (Bank transfer). Plus you should pay extra delivery charge for express service when your product is delivered at your door.
**For direct shopping:
- Visit us and place your orders at the above address in case of out of stock.
- After consultation and selection, customers should pay and get the bills.
- Charma Vietnam collects and packs your favorite natural skincare products / ingredients.
- Customers can pick up the ordered items following the appointment. Otherwise, your order will be delivered to your house within 48 hours. Notification about delivery will be applied.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Charma Vietnam LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Charma Vietnam LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
Charma Vietnam LLC reserves the right to ship all out-of-stock products as they become available. If the out-of-stock product is expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to hold your order and ship complete. It the out-of-stock product is not expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to split your order into 2 shipments.
